Senior Events Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Carrot Fertility is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Manager to support our global event strategy and execution across in-person and virtual experiences. This role will oversee the end-to-end planning, production, and performance of events that strengthen Carrot’s brand presence, drive pipeline generation, and cultivate meaningful engagement with prospects, clients, and partners.

In Short

• Develop and execute Carrot’s annual event strategy.
• Lead all aspects of event management including venue selection and logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage the event budget and deliver ROI reporting.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all events.
• Oversee speaker selection and presentation logistics.
• Deliver post-event reports with data-driven insights.
• Implement new event formats to differentiate Carrot.
• Mentor junior team members and external partners.

Requirements

• 7 years of progressive event management experience.
• Experience designing and executing large-scale events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and event platforms.
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Passion for healthcare and technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
