In Short

• Develop and execute a portfolio of events for the Global Events team.
• Manage logistics, event budget, vendor management, and on-site activation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align events with company goals.
• Innovate attendee experiences through creative activations and digital experiences.
• 7+ years in B2B event marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events across geographies.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring event ROI.
• Willingness to travel globally (20–30%).
• Passion for corporate events.

Requirements

• Exceptional time-management skills and strong work ethic.
• Proven experience managing large-scale global events.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer personas.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• Technology knowledge in established marketing and event tech stacks.
• Multilingual or experience working with international teams (nice to have).
