Overview

Carrot Fertility is looking for a Legal Operations Director to support the Legal team in its efforts to provide legal and regulatory support across the Company.

In Short

• Own and evolve Carrot’s contract lifecycle process.
• Partner cross-functionally to anticipate and plan for updates.
• Manage legal vendors for efficiency and spend reduction.
• Provide paralegal support for subsidiary management.
• Assist in Board material preparation.
• Support management of customer and vendor contracts.
• Lead regulatory and compliance research initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Assist in the Company’s insurance application process.
• Develop and maintain the Legal Department’s training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in legal operations.
• Experience with Ironclad contract lifecycle management tool.
• Technology-minded with experience in data and automation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and hands-on.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams.
• High integrity and trustworthy.
