• Lead and manage a large operations team, including recruitment, training, and motivation of team members.

• Develop and execute the operations budget, optimizing resource utilization to ensure cost control and maximum benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Over 10 years of IT operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team of 50-100 people.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively leading a team and collaborating with different departments.
• Familiar with the operations processes and technologies of internet companies, with experience in risk management and incident handling.
• Maintain a keen insight into new technologies and industry trends, able to tackle complex challenges and problems.
