The Operations Director is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the practice(s), advancing operational standards, and enhancing patient experience within a dental organization.

Requirements

• BA Preferred.
• 5+ years of dental consulting/practice management experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• People management skills.
