As the Director of Operations at Rubicon Carbon, you will manage trade operations and settlement, drive operational efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of business milestones while collaborating across the organization.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Business strategy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of legal and trading workflows
• Experience in carbon markets is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
