As Director of Operations, you will act as the deputy to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our professional services and customer care delivery while improving the profitability of these areas.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service or professional services.
• Salesforce consulting and/or project implementation experience.
• Financial acumen to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ability to align teams and ensure clear internal communication.
• Experience in HR solutions or HR processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to manage change.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
