Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

This role is part of our Central Finance Team at saas.group.

In Short

• Critical role in the global Finance team managing accounting, controlling, and legal functions.
• Interact with CFO, Director of Accounting and Tax, and managing directors.
• Own all aspects of portfolio performance from revenue to EBITDA.
• Lead monthly controlling cycle ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reporting.
• Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasts.
• Support month-end closing process with accounting team.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A.
• Solid understanding of P&L structures and month-end processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical work style.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Confident communicator for financial questions.
• Comfortable using AI tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
