IT Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This role is part of our Central IT Team at saas.group, where you will own internal IT operations across our entire portfolio, resolving IT support tickets and improving efficiency through automation.

In Short

• Own IT support tickets and establish a resolution rhythm.
• Automate repetitive requests using AI or scripting.
• Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Become the trusted IT contact across 23 brands.
• Resolve IT support requests quickly and empathetically.
• Administer core tools at an admin level.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from an IT perspective.
• Document processes to avoid dependency on tribal knowledge.
• Standardize and automate new joiner device provisioning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT support or operations experience.
• Admin-level experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace.
• A bias toward automation and efficiency.
• Basic scripting ability and familiarity with APIs.
• Experience with AI tools in workflow.
• Clear communication skills for remote support.
• Ability to work autonomously.
