Huntress is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to join our growing and dynamic IT team. This role is vital for managing and scaling our IT infrastructure and providing advanced technical support.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and helpdesk support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with SaaS applications and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and security best practices.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Associate are a plus.
