Overview

As an IT Operations Specialist at Ignition, you will support and scale our growing IT infrastructure and user operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our technology environment.

In Short

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and systems issues.
• Handle daily IT operations including help desk requests and user troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer access across core business applications.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and process guides.
• Own the IT Operations ticketing system and build dashboards.
• Assist with hardware inventory management.
• Participate in audits and system reviews for compliance.
• Help build automation scripts for workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support users.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or operations.
• Advanced working knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace.
• Experience with identity and access management tools.
• Experience with MDM applications.
• Solid hands-on experience with IT security and permissions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple time zones.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and JIRA.
• Great troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
• Dependable, organized, and eager to grow in IT.
• Strong service mindset and love for supporting others.
