IT Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IT Operations Specialist will manage various responsibilities from PC management to user ID management and the establishment of secure development environments. The role involves utilizing tools like Jamf Pro, Intune, and CrowdStrike Falcon for PC automation, as well as managing user IDs and SaaS applications with Okta.

• Manage PC operations using Jamf Pro, Intune, and CrowdStrike Falcon.

• Maintain SOC2 compliant operational environments using Vanta.
• Establish remote development environments with Github Enterprise, Tailor Scale, and GCP.
• Facilitate communication using Slack Enterprise Grid.
• Research and assess new technologies and security risks.
• Manage the selection and implementation of new tools for efficiency and security.
• Provide user support for various internal tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal system operations.
• Experience in operating or building JAMF Pro.
• Experience in operating or building Intune.
• Technical understanding of authentication systems (SSO operations, SAML, OpenID Connect).
