In Short

  • Organize and manage daily workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate booking-related processes and track progress to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and client information.
  • Organize and update internal databases to ensure operational tasks are well-documented.
  • Verify critical details such as dates, times, and travel arrangements to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in collaboration with the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions during shift handovers.
  • Propose ideas to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of streamlined systems to improve team productivity.
  • Gain exposure to the luxury travel sector while developing essential skills in operations and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Seeking full-time Operations Specialists with a strong background in travel industry operations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with billing and invoicing experience.
  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
