Requirements

  • 3+ years in luxury travel or high-touch client service.
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS and premium booking methods.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring team members.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Background in luxury hospitality is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or workflow tools is beneficial.
  • Passion for travel and optimization strategies.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
