Team Leader - Client Service Agri-Access - Remote

Overview

This position provides leadership to Client Service team members who are responsible for delivering high quality client service to support the effective delivery of credit and financial products and services to current and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Strong experience in lending, compliance and underwriting in a financial institution.
• Some leadership and management experience, preferred.
• General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, along with basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Understanding of credit, loan processing, loan servicing or loan closing in a financial lending environment.
• Leadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
