Treasury Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position supports the Asset Liability and Capital Management functions at Compeer by analyzing financial data, optimizing funding and product offerings, monitoring interest rate risk (IRR) and capital position, developing and executing capital management strategies, and supporting the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO). Delivers strategic insights and provides thorough analysis related to financial markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, structured finance, treasury, asset liability, or capital management at a financial institution.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Strong knowledge of banking, financial concepts and instruments.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and the macro-economy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Detail oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
