Overview

The Treasury Analyst role is essential for managing payment processing, customer cash allocation, and reconciliation services for Keyloop entities, ensuring efficient financial operations.

In Short

• Responsible for downloading and reconciling bank statements daily.
• Allocate customer cash receipts accurately to minimize unapplied cash.
• Ensure proper documentation for all receipt records.
• Process payments via ERP and online banking platforms.
• Handle SEPA and direct debit collections.
• Match invoices with credit notes as needed.
• Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in ERP testing and related meetings.
• Support team members during absences.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting principles and online banking platforms.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Navision or NetSuite is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, additional languages are beneficial.
