Senior Finance Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Business Partner will work in coordination with the Enterprise Financial Management Team and business unit senior leadership to provide strategic financial support and analysis for assigned business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience
• Farm Credit or Financial Services industry experience preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High degree of confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license
