Experian is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to manage FP&A functions for North America, collaborating with executives and finance teams to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in financial systems like OBIEE and Hyperion.
• Advanced English level required.
• Experience in P&L analysis and account reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to promote standardization and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
