The Financial Services Division (FSD) Engineering team at Experian is seeking a Senior Manager to lead engineering efforts in building and scaling real-time API platforms, focusing on integrating advanced AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience with real-time API platforms in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tooling ecosystem.
• Background in test engineering and quality automation.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Experience with API gateways and observability tools.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues.
