Overview

The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy and launching a GenAI Appeals solution in the Provider Revenue Cycle Management category, operating with high autonomy.

In Short

  • Define and own Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction.
  • Engage with customers through travel and support product development.
  • Conduct product evangelism through tradeshows and webinars.
  • Shape product direction through influence with leaders.
  • Partner with Engineering to develop scalable products.
  • Own products end-to-end from discovery to optimization.
  • Drive prioritization decisions balancing value and risk.
  • Lead competitive analysis for differentiation.
  • Define success metrics to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in new product development in healthcare technology.
  • 3+ years in product management in healthcare technology.
  • 5+ years in Provider Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Expertise in healthcare technology and EMR systems.
  • Experience with HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding for effective collaboration.
  • High-quality product and strategy documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
