Principal Business Technology Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our GTM, legal, finance, marketing, and other teams to jointly craft and refine technology strategies that propel Samsara's rapid growth, while delivering outstanding connected experiences for our seller personas.

In Short

• Understand GTM organization's business objectives to craft technology vision and roadmap.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including executives and sales teams.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Adopt a design-centric approach to enhance product usability.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or platform development.
• Expertise in CLM, EMS, CRM, CPQ, and complex selling scenarios.
• Proven experience in a Product Manager capacity.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in collaborating across technology and product teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
