Principal Technical Product Manager - Remote

Overview

You will join Liveperson’s Global Product organization as the Principal Technical Product Manager for critical Conversational AI components within Conversation Builder, Liveperson’s Bot Building suite.

In Short

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for brand experiences in Conversational AI.
• Define, review feature requests, and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure each vertical team understands the overall project objectives and timeline.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development.
• Conduct ongoing market research and analysis.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for go-to-market strategies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building customer engagement platforms in digital messaging.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Passion for innovation and solving complex problems.
