Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Conversational AI team at LivePerson, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI-driven customer experiences. You will join the group responsible for our LLM Platform, Copilot products, and Knowledge AI services, bridging the gap between traditional automation and next-generation Generative AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm Design.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Experience with LLMs and Vector Databases.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience with Data Processing frameworks like Kafka and Spark.
• Experience building REST APIs and debugging microservices.
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git and Jenkins.
• Cloud expertise in GCP or AWS.
