Project Manager (Healthcare Technology) - Remote

Overview

Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager (PM) to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients by serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will guide customers through their journey with Humata Health, driving implementation efforts, adopting Humata products, retention/expansion, and overall satisfaction while promoting long-term partnerships.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health’s products.
• Demonstrate ownership of the team strategy for achieving project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans to track customer projects.
• Manage deliverables across planning, building, testing, and go-live.
• Implement a comprehensive communication plan for each project.
• Lead testing and training activities for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs.
• Experience with PowerBI, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflow optimization.
