Project Manager - Healthcare - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and optimizing processes to support business objectives.

In Short

• Set up the internal operations and program architecture for new programs in collaboration with the Senior Leadership team.
• Manage commercial programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
• Serve as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Implement and improve project management frameworks and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
• Drive continuous process improvements across the organization.
• Support change management initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
• PMP, PMI Certification, Lean Six Sigma, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership and external audiences.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or consulting required.
