Technology Project Manager - Remote

Overview

FactSet serves over 180,000 investment professionals with flexible data and software solutions, driving smart investment decisions and financial innovation. Our Technology PMO manages major initiatives and promotes best practices across our Technology division. We’re looking to add an early-career, motivated problem solver for our project management team, ideally with 2-5 years of post-college experience and a track record in cross-functional technology projects.

In Short

• Support/lead cross functional project teams to deliver business critical enterprise technology initiatives.
• Utilize waterfall and agile PM methodologies to manage multiple projects.
• Create presentation material and lead stakeholder reviews.
• Report to key executive sponsors and stakeholders on project status.
• Understand and support building metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
• Identify areas for continual improvement in process and execution.
• Communicate goals and responsibilities to project teams.
• Create and deliver update tools for progress reporting.
• Support Technology division portfolio activities.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and frequent change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in delivering critical business initiatives or technology projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled independent worker with ability to thrive in remote settings.
• Strong analytical skills with financial acumen.
• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
• Confident in use of MS Office, Teams, and other core applications.
• Highly Desired Skills: PMP and/or Agile certifications.
• Experience with Targetprocess and Jira PPM tools.
