Corporate Trainer - Remote

Overview

Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success through exceptional product training while supporting our internal learning and development initiatives.

In Short

• Conduct live product training sessions for new customers during implementation and onboarding.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and resources.
• Create recorded training modules and self-paced learning content.
• Host follow-up training sessions post-implementation.
• Provide ongoing support during customer onboarding phase.
• Refine and enhance new hire learning journey.
• Create role-specific training tracks.
• Partner with HR to facilitate internal training sessions.
• Support manager training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate Culture Club lightning talks and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years in a training, instructional design, or customer education role.
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and content creation tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking training effectiveness.
• Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 15%).
