Overview

We seek a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in healthcare to join our organization. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees and clients in various healthcare settings.

In Short

  • Create comprehensive training materials, courses, and workshops for multiple lines of healthcare business.
  • Stay current with industry changes, compliance regulations, and new healthcare technologies.
  • Customize training programs based on the organization's needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current training programs.
  • Participate in evaluating and developing new technologies and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities.
  • Create training modules based on identified needs and the client’s workflow.
  • Assist with writing instructions and guiding clients regarding usage.
  • Evaluate the overall technical needs of Health Plans for Medical Claim Adjudication System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health care, education, business or related field.
  • Working knowledge of the Healthcare industry.
  • 1 to 2 years of direct experience training healthcare organizations.
  • Experience training end-users on BPaaS, BPO or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and client expectations.
  • Up to 25% travel is required for client training.
  • Self-learner with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
