As a Healthcare Advocate for Solace, you will work with Medicare patients throughout their healthcare journey, navigating them through complex health concerns to help achieve their health and wellness goals.

Requirements

• Clinical licensure in good standing.
• Experience in care management or healthcare navigation.
• Understanding of Social Determinants of Health.
• Strong clinical skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Empathy and a strong advocacy for patients.
• Willingness to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks under pressure.
