Overview

The Enrollment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing production for all lines of business at HealthAxis, monitoring employee performance, and assisting in hiring and onboarding new staff.

In Short

  • Oversee front line staff to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Develop metrics for trending and root cause identification.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Federal, and State Rules and Regulations.
  • Update Job Aides and Policies & Procedures as needed.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report and review production activity and status updates.
  • Prepare and submit audit data accurately and timely.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare enrollment or related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role required.
  • Proficiency in enrollment systems and claims processing software.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, ACA, and managed care plans.
