Overview

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for performing duties related to enrollment of Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance.

In Short

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one-year related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office with basic computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to read and interpret documents.
