In Short

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on for around 50% of the time.
• Remove roadblocks and help with complex projects and issues.
• Foster team ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with tech leadership and product counterparts.
• Participate in triaging features and support requests.
• Perform code reviews and coach/mentor engineers.
• Deliver reliable, performant, well-tested code with a strong focus on simplicity.
• Monitor and resolve issues on production.
• Run Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Ability to mentor and coach others.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
