Overview

As the QA Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our groundbreaking maritime technology. You'll lead a talented QA team, define testing strategies, and implement automation frameworks to uphold the highest standards across our products.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading small to medium QA teams in a hands-on capacity, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comprehensive QA Expertise: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with back-end and front-end testing, cloud environments (AWS preferred), Linux environments and scripting, Python programming, Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD), and QA management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Complex Systems: Experience testing multi-disciplinary systems that involve networking, communication, cameras, advanced algorithms, and AI.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
