Requirements

  • Proven track record in building revenue operations processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in maritime, logistics, or AI-driven industries is a plus.
