Overview

The Director, Revenue Operations will manage the tools and infrastructure that drive and deliver exceptional sales results in a fast-growing healthcare organization.

In Short

  • Drive excellence in sales applications and processes centered around Salesforce.
  • Manage lead generation and contract execution processes.
  • Partner with Account Management to create a repeatable renewal process.
  • Develop and manage commission plans and special incentives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management processes.
  • Ensure deals are evaluated correctly to manage risk.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the sales process.
  • Design and implement sales forecasting processes.
  • Assign sales quotas and growth objectives.
  • Produce monthly board presentations for CCO.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within a technology sales environment.
  • Experience integrating SaaS tools to streamline sales processes.
  • Financial background and experience in a subscription environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish credibility.
  • Expert level understanding of Salesforce.
  • Ability to develop tactical initiatives to improve sales productivity.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and bookings process.
  • Highly self-sufficient and able to operate independently.
