In Short

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership on critical process, resource, and tooling needs.
  • Use data to optimize the customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention.
  • Own Go-to-Market reporting and share critical metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for sales and pipeline insights.
  • Set rules of engagement across the Sales team.
  • Manage the commission structure across sales and customer success.
  • Optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM and engagement tools.
  • Grow the Revenue Operations function to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related functions.
  • Strong analytic skills in Marketing and Sales reporting.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of CRM capabilities and Revenue Operations tools.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing a Revenue Operations Team.
  • Desire to operate at ground level with the team.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder support and management skills.
  • Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
