• Legal Ops Associates ensure that demand letters we deliver to our clients are accurate, effective, and high quality.
• Work against a weekly quota with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
• Review medical documentation and write concise treatment summaries.
• Organize damages and establish treatment timelines.
• Conduct legal research to draft compelling demand letters.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pick up new processes.
• Strong persuasive writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience in legal, insurance, or medical fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of personal injury law or copywriting/editing is a plus.
