Overview

As an Associate Legal Ops Manager at Signifyd, you will play a key role in managing legal systems and processes, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve contract management.

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in legal technology management.
• Experience drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and contracts.
• Ability to manage complex commercial contract processes.
• Familiarity with CLM tools like Ironclad and Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
