In Short

• Accountable for the Strategy and Operations of the Commercial and Government Sales organizations.
• Identify, initiate, and drive projects and processes for company success.
• Manage day-to-day tactics while owning the strategy and roadmap of sales priorities.
• Be a trusted advisor to Sales and Finance Leadership.
• Own and drive changes to deal desk approval workflow.
• Provide weekly forecasts for Sales and Finance/Accounting leadership.
• Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and oversee development of additional functionality.
• Design and manage reporting, dashboards, and metrics for executive insights.
• Work with Finance & Accounting on data for Quarterly Business Review presentations.
• Lead global cross-functional programs to improve sales productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software business and sales operations.
• Successful record managing complex solution sales and implementations.
• Familiarity with software, SaaS, or subscription management industries.
• Proficient in Salesforce, SaaSOptics, Zuora, and Excel.
• Experience with government procurement programs.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships.
• Deep Salesforce expertise and knowledge of enterprise sales tools.
• Ability to coach and motivate Sales Operations team.
