Overview

We are looking for you as a Team Lead HR in full-time. You will find your new workplace in the beautiful Bismarckviertel in Augsburg. Our position offers you a high remote share of up to 70%. Regular presence meetings at the locations Augsburg or Bergkirchen are important to us!

In Short

  • 50% operational: Handling all upcoming HR tasks in daily operations, operational implementation of our HR strategy, active support of HR processes, close collaboration with HR administration in the back office, implementation and control of personnel controlling.
  • 50% strategic: Strategic personnel development, organizational development, optimization of HR processes, further development of our automation with Personio, budgeting and personnel cost planning.
  • Proactive further development of the corporate culture.
  • Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
  • Initial assessments of labor law issues.
  • Consistent and structured advancement of your topics to achieve sustainable changes.

Requirements

  • Completed relevant studies.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally with a focus on organizational development.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and HR key figures.
  • Hands-on mentality: You take action, implement, and think strategically at the same time.
  • Assertiveness as well as a structured and proactive way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness at all hierarchy levels.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Personio is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the location in Bergkirchen near Dachau (about once a month).
