Overview

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, including C-level executives and business unit leaders. In this highly strategic role, you will partner with leadership to guide the company’s financial trajectory, influence key decisions, and shape the future direction of the organization.

In Short

• Partner with C-level executives and business unit leaders to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Provide strategic financial advice, including creating and evaluating investment cases.
• Analyze financial performance to identify key trends and variances.
• Develop and deliver financial dashboards and reports for decision-making support.
• Collaborate on long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Support M&A activities and revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A master’s degree, CPA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Solid experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to thrive in a multinational environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
