Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics or related field.
• Experience in agribusiness or agricultural credit preferred.
• Ability to obtain an Insurance License within six months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of farm production and financial management.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM applications.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Travel required for training and client meetings.
