Overview

The Client Service Lead is responsible for leading and developing the project management team while serving as a strategic contact for complex client projects in the telecommunications sector. You will implement comprehensive social media strategies and ensure the successful execution of 360-degree campaigns.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in client service or account management, preferably in a digital agency.
• Expertise in social media strategy development and client consulting.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing large budgets in a dynamic agency environment.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Experience in production is a plus.
