Service Lead - Remote

Overview

The Service Lead is responsible for the overall execution of projects on site, supporting project managers and ensuring successful project delivery while working remotely or on-site.

• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• 50% to 100% travel activity expected.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements

• Significant experience in offshore wind operations.
• Experience with operational execution from SOVs, JUVs, and CTVs.
• Technical experience with offshore wind turbines.
• Ability and willingness to work offshore worldwide.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Established project management skills.
• Effective documentation and planning skills.
