Overview

The Service Team Lead at Nova is responsible for supervising a team of service engineers and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service management and strategic contributions.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and lead a team.
  • Willingness to travel 15-20%.

  • Understanding of fab service requirements and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
