Application Engineer - Semiconductor Industry - Remote

Overview

The Korea Application Team at Nova is looking for an application engineer to provide excellent application support for Customers in the semiconductor industry.

In Short

• Supply on-site application support and metrology solutions to End users in CMP, CVD, Grinding, Bonding and stacking process groups.
• Establish good technical relationships and communication channels with customers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
• Stay updated with new metrology applications and products.
• Perform Pre-sale demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Develop new and current applications in coordination with Nova Germany and/or other subsidiaries.
• Provide sales support and sales-related information to the marketing group.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in physical, Material Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor processes.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for training and support activities.
• Strong analytical skills and good attitude.
• Proficient in English.
