In Short

• Develop deep technical expertise in UVeye’s multi-disciplinary inspection systems to support product development and customer implementations.
• Collaborate with R&D teams (Hardware, Software, AI, Computer Vision & Data Science) to define and develop new capabilities aligned with customer needs.
• Work on complex computer vision algorithms, incorporating both AI-driven and classical methodologies for anomaly detection and stereo imaging applications.
• Act as a technical liaison, communicating and collaborating with customers, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Support the seamless transition of new products and processes from R&D to full-scale deployment, working closely with Customer Support and Engineering teams.
• Lead and manage Alpha and Beta testing of new products and features at customer sites, both remotely and onsite.
• Drive Agile R&D matrix work, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on engineering role, preferably in a multi-disciplinary product environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience with Linux-based systems – advantage.
• Experience with cloud-based products – advantage.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary systems involving hardware, software, and AI – advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
