In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive dealership clients from contract signature through installation completion.
• Host group calls to guide clients through site readiness requirements.
• Track client’s open deliverables through completion using various internal tools.
• Provide expertise and hands-on support to dealerships.
• Collaborate with the Operations team for optimal hardware placement designs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between clients and internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed installation schedules.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary resources are in place.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
• Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager post-installation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing onboarding and implementation of hardware solutions.
• Experience working with dealerships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of site preparation requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong presentation skills.
