Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Application Engineer, you will join the Altium 365 Customer Response team responsible for cloud and on-prem products, integrations with PLM systems and Altium's solutions.

In Short

• Enhance the team’s understanding of cloud, on-prem, and PLM systems and their applications.
• Set up and maintain test instances of various software systems and their versions.
• Analyze, propose, and implement solutions for customer issues and related requests.
• Contribute to shaping the product development and integration roadmap.
• Assist in developing comprehensive technical documents and training materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying or supporting enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience with system administration, scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with ECAD and EDA integration flows.
• Preferred qualifications in electronics, electrical, software, or mechanical engineering.
• Strong grasp of enterprise systems architecture.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
